Presentations

We are preparing an engaging programme for the KAO Instructors Conference 2025. While specific presentation details are still being finalised, the conference will offer opportunities for growth, meaningful connections, and the exchange of ideas aligned with our goal.

Awards Ceremony

In this ceremony, we celebrate and recognise the Instructors who have made exceptional contributions toward realising Kumon’s mission and vision of maximising students’ potential. This is our way of honouring their outstanding efforts and unwavering commitment to the growth and learning of every student.

Networking Dinner

Get ready for an unforgettable evening! Join us on Saturday, 29 November 2025, for the Networking Dinner with a night of laughter, connections, and a delicious feast. It’s the perfect opportunity to build relationships and create lasting memories!


The official language of the conference is English, with simultaneous interpretation available in Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese, and Japanese throughout the event.

Pre-Conference Centre Visit

Participation in the Centre Visit is limited to Kumon Asia & Oceania franchisees, with a cap of 110 attendees. Allocation is first-come, first-served, and each Instructor will be assigned to visit one Centre. Unsuccessful applicants will be informed by their office in September. More details, including Centre profiles and logistics arrangements, will be shared closer to the conference date.

Cost: SGD 70 per person (Transportation included)

Post-Conference Optional Tour

After the conference, delegates are invited to either rest and relax or join one of our specially curated guided tours. These tours take place on Sunday, 30 November 2025 afternoon and are entirely optional.


Each tour requires at least 15 participants to operate. If the minimum number is not met for a specific tour, affected guests will be notified in October via the Whova app. 

OPTIONAL TOUR 1: KL CITY TOUR


Embark on a whirlwind tour of Kuala Lumpur's vibrant city centre! From the regal grandeur of the King's Palace to the spiritual serenity of the National Mosque, immerse yourself in Malaysia's rich heritage. Witness the historical significance of Independence Square before gazing up at the iconic Petronas Twin Towers. Finally, lose yourself in the colourful bustle and unique finds of the Central Market. Experience the best of Kuala Lumpur's cultural gems in just a few captivating hours!

• 2:00 pm - 2:30 pm : King's Palace
• 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm : National Mosque
• 3:45 pm - 4:00 pm : Independent Square
• 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm : Petronas Twin Tower (KLCC)
• 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm : Central Market

• You are recommended to wear covered shoes for the tour
• Respect the local culture and follow the instructions given by the local tour guide

OPTIONAL TOUR 2: KL HERITAGE TOUR


Discover the artistic heart of Kuala Lumpur with an afternoon adventure starting at the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, where you'll participate in a hands-on tin making workshop at The Foundry. Then, ascend the iconic rainbow stairs of Batu Caves, marveling at the sacred shrines within the dramatic limestone formations. Finally, immerse yourself in the vibrant world of Malaysian crafts at the Kuala Lumpur Craft Complex (Kompleks Kraf Kuala Lumpur), where you can witness traditional artistry firsthand. This tour offers a unique blend of creative experience, cultural exploration, and iconic sights, promising an unforgettable taste of Kuala Lumpur's charm.
