Hotel Rates

Special accommodation rates have been secured exclusively for KAO Instructors Conference 2026 attendees at Seda BGC Hotel, Manila. These rates are only available for reservations made through Kumon. Enjoy premium comfort at a preferential price, with the added convenience of staying just a short walk from the conference venue and nearby attractions.


Please note that hotel rooms are available in limited numbers. In the event that all rooms are fully booked, kindly obtain the list of recommended hotels from the KPI staff-in-charge.

About Check-In

Check-in time at Seda BGC Hotel, Manila is 2:00 pm local time on the day of arrival.

Early Check-In
Delegates who wish to check in before the standard check‑in time of 2:00 pm are required to reserve an additional night prior to arrival, at a full‑day room rate. All early check‑in requests must be arranged in advance and are subject to room availability.

About Check-Out

Check-out time at Seda BGC Hotel, Manila is 12:00 pm local time on the day of departure.

Late Check-Out Policy
Delegates who wish to check out after the standard check‑out time of 12:00 pm will be charged 50% of the applicable room rate for check‑outs until 6:00 pm, and a full night’s room rate for check‑outs after 6:00 pm. Late check‑out must be pre‑arranged and is subject to room availability.

Shuttle Service

Shuttle services have been arranged between Seda BGC Hotel and Shangri-La The Fort Hotel for participants’ convenience:

  • Morning (Before Conference)
    Continuous loop service from Seda BGC Hotel to Shangri-La The Fort Hotel, running between 7:15 am to 8:15 am
  • Saturday Evening (After Dinner)
    Continuous loop service from Shangri-La The Fort Hotel to Seda BGC Hotel, running between 8:45 pm to 9:30 pm
  • Sunday (After Conference)
    Continuous loop service from Shangri-La The Fort Hotel to Seda BGC Hotel, running between 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm


Shuttle capacity:
Each shuttle has a capacity of approximately 40 passengers with services running continuously within the scheduled time windows.


By foot:

The two hotels are located in close proximity. Participants may also opt to walk (approximately 10 minutes). A reference route map is provided below for your convenience.

 

Travel Matters

Flight Arrangements

Flight arrangements vary across Kumon offices, and your KAOIC staff-in-charge will advise you on the booking process.

If you intend to depart on Sunday, 29 November 2026, note that the conference ends at 2:00 pm. To avoid missing any part of the programme and to allow adequate travel time to the airport, we strongly recommend booking an evening flight.

Please also note that airlines generally recommend arriving at the airport at least three (3) hours prior to departure for international flights and two (2) hours prior for domestic flights, to allow adequate time for immigration and security clearance.

Arrivals

Complimentary airport transfers between Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) and Seda BGC Hotel, Manila will be provided for delegates who: 
• Have signed up for the full conference package, and
• Are arriving on Friday, 27 November 2026.

Important Notes:

• Transfers are only provided if your arrival date matches the check-in date of your Kumon package. 
• If you extend your stay outside the check-in date of the package you booked with Kumon by arriving earlier, transfer arrangements will not be provided.
• There will be no partial refund for delegates who are eligible for airport transfers but choose not to use the service.
• Scheduled transfer timings will be provided via the Whova app (KAO Instructors Conference 2026) closer to the conference date.

Departures

Complimentary airport transfers between Seda BGC Hotel, Manila and Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will be provided for delegates who:

• Have signed up for the full conference package, and
• Are departing on Sunday, 29 November 2026.

Important Notes:

• Transfers are only provided if your departure date matches the check-out date of your Kumon package. 
• If you extend your stay outside the check-out date of the package you booked with Kumon by leaving later, transfer arrangements will not be provided.
• There will be no partial refund for delegates who are eligible for airport transfers but choose not to use the service.
• Scheduled transfer timings will be provided via the Whova app (KAO Instructors Conference 2026) closer to the conference date.

Travel Insurance

All attendees of the KAO Instructors Conference 2026 are required to arrange their own medical, travel, and personal insurance. Kumon will not be held liable for any claims made by attendees who fail to secure appropriate insurance.

Insurance should be purchased in your city of origin before departure.
We strongly recommend that you secure a suitable insurance policy at the same time you book your travel.
