“Just-Right” from the Start,
from Centre to Home

A student's learning journey begins long before they arrive at the Centre and continues even after they leave.

From the very first worksheet, every decision matters: the starting point, learning progress, the amount of homework assigned, and the support offered along the way.

When these elements are aligned with each student’s “just-right” level, the instruction provided at the Centre can positively influence students’ progress beyond the Centre and into home study. This makes learning more manageable and meaningful, fostering greater independence and supporting students in advancing towards KIS and beyond.

This conference aims to explore ways to strengthen the connection between the Centre and home, creating a more consistent and effective learning experience for every student from the start, while working towards the KAO Instructional Goal of “Faster, Higher, Longer”.
